If you are outside the U.K Mainland Zones D, E & F please message us for a Quote regarding postage of your item

If you are buying a towbar along with other items the towbar will be shipped separately from the other items

Returns Process

If you wish to return an item to us please follow the below steps

• Contact us through eBay message
• Repackage the item or items purchased
• Write the provided RMA number on the outside of the packing to help us identify your return
• Failure to write the RMA Number on the return Package can delay the returns process
• Send the item or items back to the address provided
• We can provide either a Collection service through our courier or a parcel drop off service
• When the item is received back with us it will be inspected and if all is OK the refund will be processed

If you receive a damaged or faulty item please contact us within 48 Hours of receiving the item
