Our staff are trained to the highest standards and we are assessed annually in accordance with the NTTA QS Code of Practice. We have been members since 1998. The NTTA is a not-for-profit organisation and is the main body in the UK representing the Light Towing Industry.
The NTTA Quality Secured Accredited scheme is now up and running and promises to take the guesswork out of choosing a towbar or trailer centre, this means you can have confidence when purchasing from us, or having any work completed on your vehicle.

Book your free NTTA Trailer Safety Check today at one of our depots. 'Important' trailer safety scheme backed by Bristol MP and road safety Minister. A new initiative aimed at improving the safety of towed trailers on roads has received government backing, after a Bristol MP highlighted it in Parliament.
Karin Smyth MP, who has been campaigning on trailer safety following a constituency tragedy, drew attention in the Commons to a new being scheme run by the National Trailer and Towing Association (NTTA) which allows members of the public a Free Trailer Safety Check from its participating members.
At Transport Questions (13 July 2017) the Labour MP drew attention to the scheme, as part of a discussion she initiated about trailer safety on UK roads: "Will he offer his support to a new road safety initiative from the National Trailer and Towing Association which will see member organisations across the country offering free towing safety inspections to members of the public?"
We are NTTA Approved, this means:

- QS Members are trained to the highest standards and are assessed yearly in accordance with the NTTA QS Code of Practice.
- All Members are fully insured and will have Public Liability insurance.
- Warranties are provided with every towbar fit; with one year being the minimum.
- QS Members have all undergone training on vehicle coding and have the correct machinery to safely undertake the work

The QS Scheme is recognised by over a million members of the public and is recommended and endorsed by the Automobile Association (AA), The Caravan Club and The Camping and Caravanning Club. A fundamental requirement for Quality Secured is to ensure that its members are rigorously monitored and in dependently audited on an annual basis to retain their accreditation. The NTTA’s priority is to ensure the safety of the towing community and recommends people use qualified professionals who have the QS accreditation to provide this vital service.
